Recentemente me cansei de ouvir as músicas que eu tinha e resolvi fazer algo diferente, ouvir a rádio do media player. Fiquei pulando de rádio em rádio procurando uma música que me agradasse em um domingo ocioso... E foi assim que conheci Hawkwind. O importante em ressaltar é que aquele foi quase um momento epifânico. E nessa mesma hora eu me perguntei: "Como passei tanto tempo sem ouvir esse som?".
Perguntei aos meus amigos se já ouviram falar nessa banda e como a resposta sempre era negativa, apelei para o grande pai de todos os oráculos, também conhecido como Google. Descobri que apesar de ser uma banda que fez sucesso no anos 70 e ainda faz (sustentando fãs até os dias de hoje) haviam poucos blogs para download de sua discografia e no site do 4shared as músicas também eram escassas, muitas repetidas.
Percebam que isso me trouxe um problema óbvio: conseguir a discografia, até mesmo porque a taxa de transferência da minha internet é extremamente baixa. Entretanto, após destrinchar alguns sites, consegui uma parte da discografia que postarei aqui e em seguida, farei outro post disponibilizando o restante.
Hawkwind é uma banda britânica de rock psicodélico, seu auge se deu durante os anos 70 e 80. Suas músicas, em geral, possuem bastante efeitos sonoros. Para quem se interessou e quer ter uma prova do som de Hawkwind antes de gastar uma hora baixando um cd, vou disponibilizar cinco músicas soltas, dentre elas D-rider, a primeira que ouvi da banda.
